Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Liam Dubeau ("I", "me", "my") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit this website (the "Site").
1. Information I collect
- Contact form data: When you submit the contact form, I collect your name, email address, optional phone number, selected service, and message.
- Analytics data (only with your consent): If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects usage data such as pages visited, approximate location, device/browser type, and interactions, using cookies and similar identifiers.
- Technical data: Standard server/hosting logs (e.g., IP address, timestamps) processed by my hosting provider for security and reliability.
2. How I use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and communicate about potential projects.
- To understand and improve Site performance (analytics), only where consent is given.
- To maintain the security and integrity of the Site.
3. Legal bases (GDPR)
- Consent for analytics cookies (Art. 6(1)(a)).
- Legitimate interests / steps prior to a contract for responding to contact submissions (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f)).
4. Cookies & analytics
The Site does not load non-essential cookies until you consent. You can accept or reject analytics at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. Analytics is provided by Google Analytics; see Google's privacy resources for details.
5. Sharing & processors
I do not sell your personal data. Data may be processed by service providers acting on my behalf: my website hosting provider, the contact-form/CMS backend, and email delivery. These providers process data only to deliver their services.
6. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside your country/EEA. Where applicable, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).
7. Data retention
Contact submissions are kept only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for a reasonable follow-up period, then deleted. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics settings.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location (including under GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact me at liamd735@gmail.com. EEA users may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
9. Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and I do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
I may update this policy; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.
